It's important for every business to regularly check in with their customers for feedback, so we did just that with our recent customer satisfaction survey, conducted during May-June 2021.

We wanted to know whether we were still hitting the mark for our clients, especially since the pandemic has changed some of their requirements and because of our recent growth as an agency. What they told us made us smile (a lot).
