INBOUND 2025: 12 new HubSpot products that blew our experts’ minds

INBOUND 2025, HubSpot’s annual conference, saw more than 200 product updates announced. Our digital and HubSpot experts Raven Wheatley-Hawkins and Alexander Costello jetted to San Francisco, so you can hear first-hand all about the biggest announcements and key takeaways from HubSpot INBOUND 2025.

The main message from INBOUND 2025

"The key message from INBOUND 2025 is that business leaders are making decisions with only a fraction of the information," explains Raven. "Typically, that fraction is as small as 20%. The other 80% is scattered across conversations; countless insights hidden in customer emails, support calls and tickets… That's the data they're missing."

“An incomplete view of your data at this scale means you’re not at risk of leaving opportunities on the table, it’s pretty much guaranteed," says Al. "But what’s awesome is that HubSpot's latest product announcements aim to directly address this, by helping businesses finally see the full picture, which is hugely exciting."

HubSpot is looking to address this imbalance with more than 200 product updates, all focused on unifying data. The result is a platform where businesses get everything in one place.

“By removing the guesswork, businesses using HubSpot can now seize every available opportunity,” says Raven.

“The technology HubSpot is developing to connect all these dots is incredible,” adds Al. “Our time at INBOUND 2025 has really driven home how much more value our clients can get from their data.”

Let’s take a look at the 12 key products unveiled – with Raven and Al explaining exactly what these mean for you and your business.

12 all-important HubSpot products from INBOUND 2025

  • Flexible CRM views

Flexible CRM views allow you to turn complex customer data into clear next steps, using tables, charts or custom layouts, to spot trends and act fast.

“This means you can take messy data, like emails and meeting notes, and make it into organised insights,” says Raven. “And sales, marketing and support teams can all look at the same record and see exactly what they need, without arguing over whose data is right.”

  • Self-generating CRM data

Self-generating CRM data enriches contact and company records automatically, handling the data work so your teams can focus on building relationships and driving revenue.

“A real game-changer, self-generating CRM data pulls the latest info from every email, call and web interaction – no more wasting your time on manual data entry,” says Al.

  • Smart Insights

Smart Insights proactively analyses your CRM data to tell you what's important, what's changed and what to do next.

“Instead of trying to figure it out yourself, Smart Insights tells you exactly what’s happening,” says Raven. “It automatically flags potential issues and opportunities by reading through customer emails and call notes – a massive time-saver.”

  • Data Studio

Data Studio uses AI to turn fragmented data into unified datasets in one overarching spreadsheet, so businesses can achieve smarter segmentation, automation and reporting.

“Basically, Data Studio helps you blend data from different sources into a single source of truth,” says Al.

  • Data quality

The data quality overview helps you automatically monitor, find and fix problems within your customer data.

“The new data quality features basically mean you can say bye-bye to bad data,” says Raven. “It automatically monitors your CRM and fixes issues that pop up when you're combining data from different systems.”

  • Customer Agent

Breeze Customer Agent is an AI concierge that instantly answers questions and turns inbound conversations into valuable opportunities.

“This one’s all about customer experience,” says Al. “It uses your CRM data to instantly answer questions and even book time with sales, making sure everyone gets what they need, exactly when they need it.”

  • Breeze Studio and Marketplace

Breeze Studio lets you manage and customise AI agents to meet your business needs, while Breeze Marketplace helps you discover and install them.

“Breeze Studio is where you can take AI and really make it your own,” says Raven. “You can customise agents and assistants by feeding them your company's own documents and PDFs, so they're trained on exactly what you want them to know.”

  • Data Agent

Data Agent researches and answers custom questions about your customers by analysing your CRM data, conversations and the web, so you get the insights you need without all the manual work.

“No more manual research with Data Agent,” says Al. “It automatically pulls from your CRM and conversations to answer custom questions about your customers - a tool that’s set to be hugely useful in helping to close deals.”

  • Segments and Personalisation

With this new suite of features, it's now easier to find high-intent audiences and create personalised experiences that convert.

“The AI here does all the heavy lifting,” says Raven. “Segments now lets you understand your audiences on a deeper level, the Personalisation app offers new ways to tailor content specifically for those groups.”

  • Marketing Studio

Marketing Studio is a collaborative, AI-powered workspace that helps your team plan, create and launch multi-channel campaigns faster without leaving HubSpot.

“I love how Marketing Studio gets everyone on the same page,” says Al. “It basically lets you bring your entire team together to plan and launch multi-channel campaigns, cutting these efforts down from weeks to days.”

  • AEO Strategy

AEO (AI Engine Optimisation) Strategy shows how your brand is performing in AI search and provides recommendations on how you can improve your content.

“With 60% of searches now ending in zero clicks, businesses need AI-powered answers,” says Raven. “This tool gives you a clear plan to boost your existing content and get discovered by AI search tools.”

  • CPQ

HubSpot's AI-powered CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) tool helps sales teams close deals faster by automating quote creation, approvals and payments, all within one seamless workflow.

“The new AI-powered CPQ tool is seriously smart,” says Al. “It uses conversational data from emails and call transcripts to auto-generate quotes and proposals, tailored to the buyer. Which sales team doesn’t want that?”
